Ubisoft showed off a trailer for Valiant Hearts, the latest production coming from their Montpellier Studio during their E3 2014 stage show.
Valiant Hearts follows the journey of four characters and their canine companion as they make their way through a stylized version of the western front of Europe during World War 1.
Valiant Hearts is an artistic 2D puzzle/platform game that takes its inspiration from actual letters written by some of the 65 million men who were mobilized during the “great war”.
Ubisoft is also partnering with the makers of the upcoming documentary; Apocalypse World War One, which will be coming soon on the American Hero’s channel. The game will include some of the colorized photographs and archival film from WW1 that will be featured in the documentary.
Valiant Hearts is set to be released June 25th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC
