The doors of EVO 2018, the largest fighting game tournament/celebration opened Friday morning, and already the most popular attraction is the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Ultimate!
Long lines with up to a 30 minute wait time and counting formed almost instantly, as fight fans clamored to get a few minutes in with the upcoming Switch version of Nintendo’s storied fighting franchise.
Our own Jepheroth took some time to measure the hype levels for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and chat with fans about who they were eager to try out during their demo time.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be released on the Nintendo Switch on December 7th, 2018.
