Ubisoft had a killer E3 2017 presentation Monday afternoon. Game after glorious game was shown, each one looking pretty intriguing, however, they saved their best for last.
Capping off the presentation was a cinematic trailer for Beyond Good and Evil 2, a sequel to a fantastic, but under-performing action adventure title released in 2003.
While the original may have been a flop sales-wise, a dedicated fan base, along with Director Michael Ancel, kept hope alive. Rumors had swirled around for a number of years concerning the development of Beyond Good and Evil 2, so it was a fantastic moment to see the curtain finally raised on the project.
A teary-eyed Ancel appeared on stage following the end of the trailer to express his appreciation to the fans, as well as Ubisoft head, Yves Guillmot for allowing him the chance to continue a project held close to so many hearts.
