Happy Holidays dirtbag. Yea, you, the scrubby squirrely dude sitting there with your No-shave-Novembeard bleeding embarrassingly far into Decembeard. You’re sittin’ there waiting for Santa to bring you an 8th generation gaming system for Christmas. I guess being 33 years old and living in your parent’s basement still has its perks (free rent, grilled cheese sandwiches cut into 4 triangles, and Christmas presents). While you sit there relentlessly leveling up in whatever MMORPG you’re into this decade, dominating a Pizza Lunchables box, the rest of us are working endlessly to save every penny for a new system since our parents quit buying us presents forever ago.
Great news for us! The PlayStation 4 is at an all-time low of $329 at Walmarts across America! No real news has been released as to whether this is just a temporary holiday price drop or a permanent one, but I would err on the side of caution and get it while it’s at its cheapest.
If you’re looking for a great bundled deal, Target is offering up the same 500GB PlayStation 4 with Grand Theft Auto V and The Last of Us: Remastered for just $399.99!
Compare the Walmart price to those of Best Buy and GameStop who are selling PlayStation 4s for $399.99 without any games. If you haven’t done the math already, here are your options:
1.) Buy a PlayStation 4 for $329 ($70 less than most retailers) at Walmart. Or…
2.) Spend the same amount of $399.99 (the standard price at most retailers) but get 2 free games at Target!
3.) Buy approximately 114 Pizza Lunchables at $2.99 each at Kmart.
However you look at it, NOW is the time to jump on these deals. Especially if you’re a procrastinating Christmas shopper.
Oh, and you… the 33 year old living in your parent’s basement… I’m just kidding. We pass no judgement on your alternative lifestyle. You keep doing whatever makes you happy!
