Fans of the SteamWorld series, including the recent SteamWorld Dig, have probably seen Nintendo’s new E3 trailer for the new SteamWorld Heist. While Nintendo may have stirred up some excitement for it at E3 2015, the new turn-based space-steampunk game is set to release on multiple platforms, specifically;
- Nintendo 3DS
- Wii U
- PlayStation 4
- PlayStation Vita
- Xbox One
- Steam
- Mobile platforms
The new E3 trailer put out by Nintendo of the 3DS version features some of the tactical, turn-based gameplay that players will get to enjoy this coming Fall. Watch as Captain Piper and his rag-tag group of Cowbots take out Scrappers using ricocheting bullets and explosive barrels, all while utilizing cover on different platforms.
SteamWorld Heist looks like it’ll be a blast (no pun intended) when it launches (no pun again) onto every modern platform this Fall!
