Uncharted 4 – 15 Minutes of Game Play Footage

Naughty Dog kicked off this weekend’s PlayStation Experience event in Las Vegas with a bang this afternoon by revealing a 15 minute game play demonstration of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End for the PlayStation 4.

The staggeringly pretty was running in real time on actual PlayStation 4 hardware and showed off a number of gamplay elements that you will see when Uncharted 4 launches.

Series star Nathan Drake was seen exploring a mountain top cave, highlighting an impressive lighting system as he shined his flashlight against slippery, jagged looking rocks. Jungle sections were also very impressive looking, with very realistic looking plant life which swayed in the wind and reacting to Nathan’s movements.

The Uncharted 4 video also gave us a look at melee and gunplay combat systems involved in the game and looked pretty impressive in it’s own right.

Naughty Dog has not given a firm release date for Uncharted 4 as of yet, only confirming that it will be released in 2015.

Check out the video for yourself and be sure to let us know what you think about Uncharted 4 in the comments section below.
